This qualification is designed for those learners who are working in or aspire to work in end of life care. It is a knowledge only qualification, greatly beneficial for learners working in care environments or those wanting to learn more about End of life care.
There are no-requisites to this course
Course Contents:
·perspectives on death and dying,
·principles and policies of end of life care,
·communication in end of life care, and
·support services for end of life care.
Progression:
Individuals achieving this qualification may choose to progress onto theLevel 2 Diploma in Care (RQF) or the Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF) professional development qualifications for care.
