We offer a range of accredited qualifications and training programmes in Health and Social Care, Early Years, and Residential Childcare. Our courses are designed to support both new entrants and experienced staff within the sector.

Yes, all of our qualifications are delivered in line with recognised awarding organisations and meet national standards.

Enrolment & Getting Started

You can enrol by contacting us directly or through your employer. Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome email with details of your assigned assessor and next steps.

After enrolment, your assessor will contact you to arrange an initial induction meeting. This session will cover your learning plan, preferred learning style, and how your course will be delivered.

Learning & Support

Training is delivered through a combination of:

  • Online learning (via Microsoft Teams)
  • One-to-one assessor sessions
  • Workbooks and resources

Some courses may also include face-to-face delivery.

You will typically have sessions every two weeks to begin with. These are one-to-one sessions where you will receive guidance, feedback, and support.

Your assessor will be your main point of contact throughout your course and will support you with any questions or concerns.

Coursework & Assessment

Learners are usually given up to one year to complete diploma courses. However, many learners complete their work sooner depending on their availability and experience.

Shorter courses are different and are usually up to 3 months.

You will complete workbooks, written assignments, and may provide evidence from your workplace depending on the qualification.

We provide additional support where needed, including guidance from your assessor and tailored learning approaches to suit your needs.

Payments & Funding

Yes, we offer flexible payment options, including instalment plans to make courses more accessible.

Yes, many learners are funded by their employer. We can work directly with employers to arrange this.
